What are the benefits of a 4 day work week, has a 4 day work week been tried and do workers support a 4 day work week?

  • 59% Employees spend more time developing their skills
  • 62% Our employees are off ill less
  • 63% It helps our organization attract and retain the right talent
  • 63% They produce better quality work Ulm, with a longer week
  • 64% They get more work done because they’re more productive
  • 64% It helps us attract and retain younger employees
  • 66% We reduce the number of car journeys our employees need to make
  • 70% It helps us attract and retain older employees
  • 70% Employees are less stressed
  • 71% It helps us attract and retain employees with children or caring responsibilities
  • 76% Employees are happier

I completely agree with the conclusions of the author. Employers do not all accept these studies. Most believe that you need to work with full dedication 24 hours a day.
